Understanding the Nature of Anger and Recognizing
Anger Styles – a practical and easy
to understand Anger Styles Instrument (which
will be available to you to use with your
clients) is completed by each participant
detailing their own anger style and clearly
showing what anger is – and what it
is not. |

Anger Triggers and the Relationship Between
Situations, Belief Systems and Emotions –
understanding how what we think affects what
we feel, and how that can lead to outbursts
of anger. Gaining insights in these areas
provides a necessary foundation for learning
how to overcome and turn off these triggers.
